Bodyworker, movement coach, teacher, writer, mother, Kim is a graduate of the Seattle Shiatsu Institute and has been licensed in the state of Washington since 1987. She has studied many bodywork and energy techniques, including Aston-Patterning®, Shiatsu, Cranio-Sacral work, Acupressure, Deep Tissue Massage, Energy Medicine and Chakric Healing.

In 2004 Kim completed a Mastery course in Consciousness Studies with Judy Christenson at the Life Resources Institute. She has also taken several classes in mentoring and wilderness awareness with The Wilderness Awareness School. These studies give Kim unique skills for assisting her clients as they deepen their physical and emotional self-awareness and expression.

Kim is currently an Aston-Patterning® Intern, and will become a Certified Aston® Practitioner in the spring of 2006. Aston-Patterning® has made a huge difference in Kim's body and in her life. Besides the ongoing changes in her alignment, grace, energy and sense of well-being, the exercises she learned from her Aston-Patterning® practitioner helped her avoid a C-section when giving birth to her son.

Kim also writes, gardens and keeps chickens in her backyard.
