Physical Awareness Coaching In this work you will learn exercises
and explorations to give you more comfort and aliveness in your body,
helping you become more present, aware and conscious of who you are in
your essential self.
The simplest things - how we sit, walk, breathe, and do our work - have a tremendous impact on our ongoing experience of our bodies.
The patterns we adopt either assist us in becoming more alive and
present in our lives, or keep us from reaching our fullest potential.
Our bodies hold and express who we are as individuals. Through
loosening, toning, movement exploration and the practice of presence, we
address current areas of holding as well as lifelong structural and
emotional patterns. By working with both the physical and emotional
bodies of consciousness we create a stunning potential for change and
growth.
My movement and awareness work comes from Yoga, Aston-Patterning®,
Judy Christensen's Emotional Consciousness work and lifetimes of
exploration of what it is to be human.
